Shipping :

1. Does Himalayan Zen Life ship to my country?

Yes! We ship worldwide, with only a few exceptions due to shipping restrictions:

• Cuba

• Iran

• Russia

• Sudan

• Syria

2. How much does shipping cost?

• Free Express Shipping for all orders over US$98.

• For orders below US$97, a flat express fee of US$15 applies.

  All duties and taxes are already included in the price (DDP Incoterm). This means you will not have to pay any extra fees upon delivery.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ensure fast delivery with express couriers only.

• Handling time: 2–3 business days

• Express shipping time: 3–5 business days

• Total delivery time: 5–8 business days (depending on your location)

In rare cases, customs clearance or local courier delays may extend this timeframe slightly.

4. How can I track my order?

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Tracking information usually becomes available within 24–48 hours.

5. What if my package doesn’t arrive?

• If you have not received your package within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at himalayanzenlife@gmail.com.
  We will either resend your order or issue you a full refund.
